At Nevora Malta, we want you to love your purchase and enjoy a smooth, stress‑free shopping experience. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be uncertain, so we’re committed to providing excellent service and ensuring your satisfaction with every order.


Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • There must be no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • All protective seals and original packaging must remain intact.

  • Any tampering or damage will void the Nevora guarantee.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from the purchase date.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened items, including products where the seal has been broken. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all customers.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, we encourage you to contact our customer care team before purchasing.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at nevoramalta@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund promptly. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our warehouse is located overseas, and return instructions will be provided via email.

  • For items valued over €25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Nevora Malta cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not available for orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 2–3 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at nevoramalta@gmail.com and we will assist you.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
